The apartment is great. It's location is excellent, a convinient supermarket is located very close by. As well as an excellent bakery. The metro station is a few feet away from the apartment. The apartment itself is very good. Perfect for two people. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare breakfast or even dinner.

It is a lovely apartment for 4, fully equiped, very quiet and with a charming view to a typical parisian courtyard. This is the third time I have stayed with Rentals in Paris. I like the convenient reservation process -- you can check availability on-line and not have to wait for a reply. Then you can pay with a credit card and not have to send a bank transfer. Someone is there on arrival to show you how the appliances work. The apartments are convenient to Monoprix and to transportation. I'll be back and will recommend you to my friends!

My daughter and I shared the Rue Monsigny apartment for an unforgettable week in July 07. For the two of us, the apartment was perfect. We each chose to have a separate sleeping space, and the fold-out couch made a comfortable bed for one of us. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. We purchased our food at a nearby Monoprix and cooked some of our own meals to economize. The kitchen is small but very adequate (although I imagine the stove should be updated eventually). We even had friends over for a little meal! Initially we had some trouble getting connected to the internet, but that was because the ethernet cable was folded up and tidily stored almost out of sight (on shelves next to the tea kettle). Once we found it and installed it, we had a strong connection for the rest of our time there. The apartment is a happy place, beautiful light and windows, very nice fixtures. And the Cooper office was so helpful to us when we arrived, giving us ample information about transportation, shopping, and many othe
